The World

THE DRAGON GUARD

The World

Old gods are stirring. Demons are wearing flesh again. Most of the world has forgotten why dragons once went to war.

A world built over old scars

The war against the demons did not end cleanly. It ended with the Sundering, the disappearance of the Dragon Guard, and a thousand years of stories changing into religion, politics, and lies.

The Sundering

A catastrophe that broke alliances, cut worlds apart, and turned history into fragments. Most people remember the fear. Very few remember what actually happened.

The Drogue

A brutal civilization beneath the surface. The drogue build fortresses in vast caverns, take slaves, field armies, and serve as willing—or unwilling—hosts for demons.

The Dragon Guard

Elven warriors bonded with dragons through trust, magic, and shared purpose. The dragons are partners, never mounts. Together they once stood between the worlds and the demon hordes.

Osran’s Own

Red-haired elven warriors marked by green eyes, old grudges, and a duty most of the world no longer understands. Their discipline survived even when their history did not.

Ohvlon

An elven city where temples, politics, soldiers, and refugees collide. It stands near the meeting of two rivers and close enough to the old war that forgotten things are beginning to wake.

Fortress Shataan

A fortress in the Red Pass and a hard point against invasion. Its walls become the place where old enemies, new allies, and returning dragons decide whether the world gets another sunrise.

Magic is a tool. Tools have consequences.

The sensadothra can shape stone, steel, and wood. They can heal, shield, read truth, and disrupt other magic—but ability is not mastery. Every technique has to be learned, every shortcut has a cost, and panic remains a lousy substitute for training.

Give somebody power and they can make a larger mistake. Teach them how to use it and they might survive the lesson.

Maps, creature profiles, and deeper lore will be added here as the trilogy moves toward publication.
